Visualization is a good skill to have for relaxation meditations, and can be useful in helping determine where your mind is at. But not everyone has this skill, or perhaps you will find yourself or others who want to advance in their ability to use this skill. In the video below, I describe 2 techniques that can help you improve on this skill set.
